SHARKS IM SPRINT ENDURANCE CHALLENGE

Date: Saturday February 12th

Warmup:
AM Session: 9:15 AM 
Approx 45-60 minute lunch break
PM Session: 1:45 PM

Location: Comox Valley Aquatic Centre

EVENTS: 100 IM, 50 Fly, 50 Back, 50 Breast, 50 Free

FORMAT: We will be hosting a unique and exciting format of a swim meet. The swim meet will consist of 3 separate contests within the event.
1. 100 IM eliminator - following the 100 IM the swimmers will compete in there will be 5 more rounds of the event held over the course of the day consisting of the Top 12, 8, 6, 4 and then the top 2 in each age group competing for cash prizes.

2. 4x50 200 IM Add Up: The swimmers will race the 50 Fly, 50 Back, 50 Breast and 50 Free over the course of the day. The results of those four races will be added up and prizes in each age group will be awarded to the fastest combine time

3. 50 Free Eliminator: Following the final race of the day, 50 Free, there will be 3 more rounds with the top 8, top 4 and then top 2 swimmers competing for prizes in 3 subsequent elimination rounds.
