Camp will include 2 swim sessions, focussing on kick, starts, breakouts, speed and race simulations and 2 talks, one nutrition by Stronghearts and one by Samantha.
Squads 5-6
2:15 – 4:30 PM
Cost: $45
Camp will include 1 swim session and talk with Samantha focussing on kick, streamlines, breakouts and technique.
