Squad 1 Mini-Camp
From Friday March 25 - 27 we will be heading down to Victoria for a weekend of training to start of the 2nd half of the season with some long course training and team building outside our usual pool. We will have 5 workouts over the stay including long course training and a workout out with the Island Swimming group.
Itinerary:
Friday March 25th
Depart at 6:45 to Victoria
2 practices on Friday and out for a team dinner after practice #2
Saturday March 26th
2 more workouts and head into Victoria between practices for a team activity.
Sunday March 27th
Last practice and then depart for home. Arriving back at around 1:00 PM
Accommodation:
We will be staying at the Howard Johnson adjacent to the pool
I am looking for 1 or 2 chaperones that want to come along to help with meals and driving for the weekend.
