The Comox Valley Aquatic Club offers 10 different levels of weekday programming spanning Sport Canada's Long-Term Ahtlete Development Model. From our introduction FUNdementals groups, progressing to Learn to Train, Train to Train and our National level Train to Compete stage. Training program for swimmers age 13-17 looking to continue their training in an non-competitive environment or for those entering the sport looking to refine skills and progress into the Squad program.

Program for adult swimmers of all ages and levels. This three time per week program will work on all strokes and is for competitive swimmers, fitness swimmers or triathletes looking for a structured and professionally coached training session.
